A leading technology organisation undergoing major digital and architectural transformation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex cross-functional delivery across multiple enterprise technology teams. The company is modernising core systems and strengthening governance, and this role is essential in driving structure, alignment, and execution across strategic initiatives.
Manage large, multi-stream technology programmes from initial scoping through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Engage directly with senior technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear delivery requirements.
Coordinate contributions from architecture, platform governance, engineering, and business teams to keep programmes aligned and on track.
Shape delivery plans that balance architectural strategy, technical feasibility, and organisational priorities.
Monitor progress across teams, resolve issues proactively, and adjust plans to maintain stability and momentum.
Maintain schedules and resource capacity plans across architecture and governance teams, including forecasting and allocation.
Support governance forums, steering groups, and leadership reviews with structured reporting and actionable insights.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including legacy modernisation and cloud-native adoption.
Improve delivery processes, methodologies, and operational workflows as the organisation scales.
Degree in a technology, business, or analytical discipline.
7+ years’ experience managing complex technology or enterprise-level programmes.
Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
Proven ability to coordinate across architecture, platform, and engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
Project management or Agile certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe) are an advantage.
